Our Story
Hi, my name is Penny, I am 63 yrs old. I am a mom, grandma, aunt, sister and friend. I have loved cooking and baking my whole life. I didn’t really find my calling until 2018. I went to school for culinary and baking at Escoffier Culinary School out of Boulder, Colorado. I saw a market stand when I went to visit one of my younger brothers in Tennessee. This lady sold bread, cookies and a lot of other things right from her own home. I looked into it and wow that was a perfect idea for me. I started trying to figure out what I wanted to bake for my market stand. I came up with a menu and put all the plans in action. Got a website built for me (still working out some of the details on that), did my cottage food law course and a SERV safe course just to make sure I was good to go. I decided to do my market stand online for now. I hope you will come and check out my menu and if you’re in Nebraska give me a holler so I can sell you some of my homemade breads and treats.
